You make me feel like such a whiny baby. I started getting arthritis in my wrists at 49, but noticed it mainly in my Aikido martial arts class. By 58 I could no longer do the rolls or allow opponents to do wrist locks on me. Later, after a big move, one knee gave out. Now I have trouble with more and more things. Movement helps, though hurts. You get the picture. Sex also helps. The release of endorphins relieves the pain. I relate to fewer positions depending on the pain in my knees. But my last session had no restrictions. You never know. I love how intrepid you and your husband are. Thanks for the testosterone hint.
