Many of them could have sexual relationships, but they project feelings of unworthiness because they fixate on their own looks, and insist on wanting the most beautiful women. In whose eyes? women are most attracted to confidence, in whatever package, so incels feelings of being unattractive, combined with their anger, turns women off.
