Thank you for this Sarah Begley. Boys, indeed, need a safe place to talk about sex, and to get their questions answered. I answered my son’s calmly and matter-of-factly, starting when he was five or six. I told him and his friends about condoms when they were in middle school. But society and shame got hold of him in high school anyway, and made him afraid to ask. Our culture is very toxic for boys.
