…ed me considerably. IBS has become one of my “aging issues;” never had it before about 2 years ago. This and osteoarthritis (inevitable given both my parents arthritic joints); I take glucosamine-chondriten for it daily and it helps a lot! This nutraceutical was recommended by my ortho physician and has a scientific basis.
I read this essay earlier today.
