I needed this. 20 years of Aikido, plus hitting 60, did some stuff to my body. Some good, some wear and tear. I haven’t found a replacement for my martial art, and so to the gym it is. Do try Aikido, Kris. It embodies everything and provides that amazing feeling of strength and confidence. Plus…sweat.
