I got my friend we talked about on Medium, but he never wrote personal stories or commited.

I don’t know what I said or which story did it, but writing about my trauma fixed whatever it was that made me want to get high all the time. The constant urge to numb reality I’ve had all my life is gone. I’m not powerless, I’m recovered.
