Excellent description of climbing and swimming out of depression. Doing something is always better than doing nothing when we are depressed, most especially when what you do is a moving meditation. Depression, if we use it as a teacher, can also show us how to simply be. Be with our emotions and humanness until one day we blossom into who we truly are.
