Communication is what’s important here. Some of us Boomers are glad to see that Millennials and Zeers want their lives to be meaningful. Most of us wanted that, too, and some of us still do. Many Boomers started out wanting to change the world. And we did. Did others join the “enemy” in corporate America? Sadly, yes. Some Boomers do want respect for the positive changes we did bring, not really for income.
